Miss International Diva is a global, fashion-forward pageant platform celebrating confidence, individuality, cultural expression, and international style. The platform includes multiple title categories:

• Miss International Diva – Main title category
• Mrs International Diva – For married women
• Miss Teen International Diva – For teen contestants
• Miss/Mrs International Elite Diva – Elite category titles
• Country-specific titles – Regional representation (USA, UK, India, etc.)

The first-ever Miss International Diva crowning was held at the House of Lords, Westminster Palace, London, establishing the platform with prestige and global recognition.

To participate as a contestant in Miss International Diva:

• You must meet the age requirements for your specific category
• You must be a legal citizen or permanent resident of the country you wish to represent
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You must not have been previously disqualified from Miss International Diva events
• You must meet character and conduct standards as outlined by the pageant

All intellectual property associated with Miss International Diva, including but not limited to:

• Brand names, logos, and trademarks
• Pageant titles (Miss International Diva, Mrs International Diva, Elite Diva, etc.)
• Website content, designs, and graphics
• Event formats and production elements
• Crowns, sashes, and official pageant materials

are the exclusive property of MyDream Global. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your application
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Miss International Diva
• Use the Miss International Diva name or titles without authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other contestants, staff, or affiliates
• Engage in discriminatory or offensive behavior
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Disparage Miss International Diva, MyDream Global, or affiliates publicly
• Participate in competing pageant platforms during your reign (if applicable)

By participating in any Miss International Diva event or registering as a contestant, you grant us:

• The right to photograph, film, and record your participation
• The right to use your name, likeness, image, and voice
• The right to publish content through MydreamTVUSA, social media, and partner platforms
• The right to live stream events including finals and crowning ceremonies
• The right to use content for promotional, advertising, and editorial purposes
• The right to feature winners on the official Winners page indefinitely
• These rights are granted worldwide, in perpetuity, across all media formats

This release includes distribution through MyDream Global media platforms and affiliated partners.

For individuals or organizations seeking franchise or country director opportunities:

• Franchise rights are granted exclusively by MyDream Global
• Franchise partners receive rights to operate Miss International Diva in their designated country
• All franchise operations must adhere to brand guidelines and standards
• Franchise agreements include access to international finals, media support, and operational guidance
• Specific terms, fees, and obligations are outlined in individual franchise agreements

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Miss International Diva and MyDream Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service
• We are not responsible for third-party actions, products, or services
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in the pageant
• Judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal

Contestants assume all risks associated with travel, event participation, and related activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in Miss International Diva shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
